This course will introduce basic concepts of quantum information, including quantum entanglement, quantum computation, quantum error correction, and quantum complexity.

This course will introduce basic concepts of quantum information, including quantum entanglement, quantum computation, quantum error correction, and quantum complexity. Basic knowledge of quantum physics is required. We will give a general introduction of quantum information at the beginning of the course. After the concept is established, we will focus on (1) The (multi-particle) quantum entanglement (2) Quantum error correction (3) (Topological) quantum computation (4) Physical realization and experimental relevant topics.
