本學期教學方式將進行問題導向學習架構,在本課程中,將從分組(每組6名)中,學習如何問題及分析需要知識及元件,開 始 使用基本電路理論於電子元件,固態電子基本理論,電子元件之介面,固態電子元件之發展歷程,電子元件模式及如何使用 電 腦輔助工程軟體LTSpice於電子電路分析,過程將幫還實驗部分,從基本儀器操作到解決問題之最終實驗成品,完成BJT及 MOSFET放大器製作. In this semester, the course will be ba<x>sed on Problem-Oriented Learning Method. You will leanr to solve problems arising from daily needs that lead you to learn basic circuits theory being applied to electronic devices. Theory of solid-state electronics, solid-state electrons development history, theory of semiconductor junctions, electronic devices ba<x>sed on junctions and fields, solid-state device models, and computer tools for circuit analysis will all be self-learned through out the semester. What is solid-state electronics? How do the electrons being controlled by the applied voltages or currents? What are the basic semiconductor junctions being formed by semiconductor materials? How many type of electronic devices have been developed in the past years? What are the device models and their uses? How to use computer tools with basic analysis skill? Suggested Course Preparation: (1) A loose-page notebook with binders. (2) Go through the basic paragraphs before the class hours in fast pace. (3) Take notes when you are in the class.
