NGS RNA sequencing has become an indispensable tool in biomedical research. This workshop will introduce the statistical concepts as well as some useful software tools for RNA sequencing analysis through hands-on practice. This course covers bulk as well as single cell RNA sequencing analysis. The analysis platform is DESeq2 and Seurat packages ba<x>sed in R.
