Brief

This course aims to introduce several sub-areas in Applied Linguistics, including sociolinguistics, historical linguistics, language acquisition, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, and computational linguistics. Different professors from our department will be invited to give a guest lecture ba<x>sed on their area of expertise. The students will get to understand the basic issues and findings in these sub- areas of applied linguistics.
