This course offers an introduction to macroeconomics theories and applications. We will discuss topics such as, GDP, unemployment, and inflation. We will also introduce various uses of macroeconomic policy by government to achieve some specific goal such as promoting long-run economic growth, stabilizing inflation, and smoothing out the business cycle.
