此課程將會介紹基本生物學, 分子生物學, 基因工程,、蛋白質表現系統、轉植基因動物、疫苗工程、基因治療及免疫療法等方 面之應用。期末將以期末報告代替考試,期許學生能整合上課所學知識,以口頭及簡報呈現完整之報告。 This course covers fundamental cell biology, molecular biology, genetic engineering as well as applications in protein ex<x>pression, vaccine engineering, gene therapy and immunotherapy, etc.
