This course is divided into 2 semesters, including basic analytical theory (I) and instrumental analytical methods (II). Semester Two introduces fundamental concepts of analytical chemistry with an emphasis on the approaches ba<x>sed on instrumental measurements for bio-materials. Topics include Spectrochemical Analysis, Mass Spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography, and Surface Characterization by Spectroscopy and Microscopy.

Semester Two introduces fundamental concepts of analytical chemistry with an emphasis on the approaches based on instrumental measurements for bio-materials. Topics include Spectrochemical Analysis, Mass Spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography, and Surface Characterization by Spectroscopy and Microscopy. 本門課將分為上下學期教授,涵蓋基礎分析化學理論(上學期)以及儀器分析方法(下學期),並著重儀器分析化學在生醫材料之應用實例。在下學期的課程中,將以介紹常用分析儀器為主軸,引導學生從邏輯思考進而瞭解材料分析原理,同時增強學生應有的實驗理論,包含化學光譜分析、質譜、氣相層析、表面鑑定技術,並針對生物材料進行其分析技術之介紹。 二、指定用書(Text Books) Lecture notes 三、參考書籍(References) 1.D.
