Micro and Nanotechnology 12. biotechnology in tissue engineering and stem cell biology 課程簡介 : 本堂課將深入淺出的介紹生物醫學技術, 課程內容涵蓋基本細胞分子生物學背景; 進行生醫基礎研究 時在實驗室應用的 各種實驗技術; 臨床藥物或檢測技術的開發; 先進醫學技術例如基因治療, 基因編輯等技術的探討; 奈 米化學材料於生 醫技術和醫療上的應用…等. 授課方式: 本課程為研究所課程, 上課方式合併一般講課 (75%) 和課堂小組討論 (25%), 每一單元皆設計3~4個開放性討論問題, 培養同學獨立思考和研究能力, 教師亦參與討論並給予回饋. 評分方式: 包含一次課堂口頭報告(英文)以及兩次筆試. 筆試內容80%來自“學生出題”, 訓練同學“問好問題” (公開題目並於課堂上討論).
