This course is designed to elaborate pre-service teachers’ sociological imagination in education, impart sociological theories, develop their sociological perspective on education, and facilitate their critical thinking. Therefore, lecturing, collaborative learning, school visits, teacher interviews, and related assessments will be held during the semester. Ultimately, this course will enrich pre-service teachers’ professional capital in the capability of the sociology of education and the National Teacher Certification Examination.
