R26; The course contents feature change management, planning, entrepreneurship, organization dynamics and operation management. R26; Students will be tasked to assess industrial technological innovations. Reference and Reading materials: R26; Robbins S.P. and Coulter M. (2018), Management (14th Ed), Pearson Education: Harlow R26; Group Project (4-5 person per group, 16 teams): Please select an interested topic from books, magazines, academic papers, online talks, social media, etc. The topic must be interesting and novel, discussing Management related issues. One week before your presentation, please raise critical and interesting questions on Line Group to lead for feedback and comments (15% grade based on your online participation). R26; Presentation (no more than 20 minutes): PPT, video, or role playing (acting) methods are welcome, but must ensure your audience understand your content, key issues, and takeaways.
