本課程主要介紹陶瓷材料之基本結構和特性,並介紹各種偏離理想構造之缺陷,包括各種離子點缺陷、電子缺陷、以及點 缺陷和晶界間的交互作用;缺陷對材料性質之影響,尤其是物質與電性傳遞性質。完成本課程後,學生應能夠認識陶瓷材 料領域、重要性質和應用,能夠判斷陶瓷的化學鍵結與物理化學性質之間的關聯性,使用化學方程式描述缺陷的反應,並 且了解陶瓷的燒結原理和緻密化機理。
