健康促進是目全世界共同追求的一個趨勢,主要透過健康與衛生的教育、疾病的預防以及健康保護這三個層面來進行,以增強 健康與延緩或預防亞健康或疾病的產生。本課程擬運用網路科技來促進健康,並進行個人健康促進行為的體驗與實踐。 Health promotion is a global vision nowadays. Through taking efforts in health education, prevention and health protection, positive health is expected to enhanced and negative health is expected to stop. This course aims to promote ideas of health, and practice, experiencing personal health by means of Internet and technology.
