本課程將介紹如何應用化學工程科學之原理(如質能結算、熱力學及輸送現象)分析及設計實際 化工製程單元操作。內容包括: [1] 動量傳送操作如:泵、壓縮機、管件、管路、攪拌槽, [2] 多階平衡及質傳操作如:蒸餾、吸收、萃取、吸附、層析, [3] 熱傳及熱質傳操作如:熱交換器、蒸發、乾燥。 能力訓練重點為: [1] 尺度分析及放大設計能力、 [2] 蒐集數據能力、 [3] 使用電腦輔助設計軟體如ASPEN Plus, DYNOCHEM能力、 [4] 納入安全係數能力、遵守工程標準能力、 [5] 計劃管理,團隊協作能力 [6] 報告,溝通及英語能力 This course shall introduce the application of fundamental principles of chemical engineering such as material and energy balance, thermodynamics, transport phenomena to design chemical process unit operation equipment.
