This course is intend to integrate various technologies in characterizing semiconductor materials as well as devices. It presents characterization techniques and related theories whose contents composes a wide spectrum of knowledge including electrical, optical, chemical, and physical. The course is particularly useful for senior undergraduate and graduate students who intend to join the semiconductor industry.
