Brief

The primary focus of this course is on the tumors reprogram pathways of nutrient acquisition and me<x>tabolism acquired by malignant cells to meet their bioenergetics, biosynthetic, and redox demands. We will discuss these reprogrammed activities in the specific pathways mediated by key enzymes to support the survival and proliferation of tumor cells. The underlying mechanisms li<x>nking cancer me<x>tabolism to tumorigenesis and me<x>tastasis is also discussed.

We will discuss these reprogrammed activities in the specific pathways mediated by key enzymes to support the survival and proliferation of tumor cells.
