Brief

This is an advanced seminar course. Presentations and discussions by faculty, guest speakers, and graduate students on current topics in the areas of interest including: operations research, ergonomics, advanced manufacturing, information technology, global logistics, healthcare, service management, engineering management, artificial intelligence application. The ob<x>jectives of the doctoral seminar are: 1) to develop specific skills needed in IEEM careers, including presenting research; 2) to provide students with exposure to faculty and other researchers addressing a wide range of IEEM topics; and 3) to provide students with professional development skills and opportunities.
